The following Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors or users, ‘you’, ‘your’ or ‘yours’, of our website and of our webpages. The terms ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers to Kate Cerone, the owner of the website, whose studio is in Melbourne, Australia. All items listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
By using our website, services or purchasing our products, you agree that you have read these terms and are willing to be bound by them. We may update our Terms & Conditions now and then. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If you do not agree to any of these changes, you must discontinue using the website.
These terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and survives any termination or expiration of this agreement or your use of this website or the services/products found on this website.

Please choose your item/s carefully, as each piece of jewellery is handmade to order and to your specifications. Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, there may be slight variations to the product images on our website. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please get in touch prior to purchase if you have any questions about an item.
If the piece of jewellery that you have purchased is faulty, please email hello@katecerone.com with an image of the piece, and description of fault. If it is a manufacturing fault, I am happy to offer a replacement or online store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase. I reserve the right to assess the piece before offering a replacement or store credit. Manufacturing faults do not include chipped, cracked, or broken gemstones, broken chains that have been damaged due to misuse or general wear and tear.
If the item appears to be damaged from misuse or lack of care we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please refer to our care guide for how to best take care of your jewellery.
Items for replacement must be returned via Australia Post at your expense.
Please return your piece in its original packaging within a hard box to ensure that it is not damaged in the post.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us at hello@katecerone.com within 24 hours of purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
